The payments made through this website include credit cards (Master Card, VISA). The payments as well as your personnal data are safe. We use highest standard WireCard payment system as intelligent financial commerce platform.

Refund policy, changes and cancellation

Most of the payments made through this website are the payments of the registration fees, tuition fees or other fees connected with the conferences, symposia, courses or other events organized by IAPC. The rpayments will be refunded (with a deduction of 15 % to cover the handling costs) if participation in the Conference is cancelled in writing two months before the corresponding event. If the participation is cancelled one month before the corresponding event, the costs will be refunded with 50 % deduction. No refund will be granted after this date.
