Zadar is situated in the central part of the
Croatian Adriatic coast and only 3 km away from the conference hotel. Due to its 3.000 year old history and rich cultural heritage it is considered as the "open-air museum". Monuments and remains from Roman period as well as from different periods of Christianity can be found in every stone around the city. Weather in Zadar
Zadar climate is typical Mediterranean with warm summers and mild winters. The summer season lasts for the six months from May to October, and the temperatures in Zadar will head well over 20 °C during this time of year. The average sea temperature in September of 20°C and higher is expected, so it might be a good idea to bring the bathing suit. Occasional rain could be also expected.
