All participants including authors are asked to register for participation by filling in the registration form below.
After completion of the form you will receive two emails. In the first email you can find attached a Proforma invoice generated from the submitted data and in the second email you will receive the Username and Password which will enable you to access repeatedly your personal user pages.
From your personal pages you can edit your personal data and, if required, to generate modified Proforma Invoice.
Written contributions and abstracts are also submitted from the personal user pages.

Cancelation and refund policy |
|
|
|
The registration fee and accommodation costs will be refunded (with a deduction of
15 % to cover the handling costs) if participation in the Conference is cancelled
in writing before 15 July 2009. If the participation is cancelled before 01 September,
the costs will be refunded with 50 % deduction. No refund will be granted after
this date.
